2. What data we process
The data you give us through the website forms or by WhatsApp and email: name, phone number, email address, chosen plan and groups, session preferences, availability and the content of your messages. If you wish, you can tell us about injuries or discomfort: this is health data and we only process it with your explicit consent.
3. What we use it for
- Managing your sign-up, your spot and payments.
- Answering your requests for private sessions, events or information.
- Contacting you by WhatsApp, phone or email about your classes.
- Adapting the practice to your body, if you have shared health information.
- Meeting tax and accounting obligations.
We do not send advertising without your permission or make automated decisions with your data.
4. Legal basis
- Your consent when you submit a form (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Managing the relationship you request: sign-up and delivery of classes (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations such as invoicing (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- For health data, your explicit consent (art. 9.2.a GDPR).
You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
5. How long we keep it
While you are a student and afterwards for the applicable legal periods. Requests that do not lead to a sign-up are deleted within 12 months at the latest.
6. Who can access your data
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. To operate, we use these providers, who process it on our behalf:
- Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form handling), based in the USA and bound by its data processing agreement, which includes GDPR safeguards for international transfers.
- Google (Gmail), for email.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us on WhatsApp. In that case you send the message from your own account, and WhatsApp's privacy policy also applies.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to nala.yogalab@gmail.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Cookies
This website does not use cookies, either our own or third-party, for analytics or advertising, which is why we don't show a cookie banner. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server.
We only use the browser's temporary storage (sessionStorage) to prepare your WhatsApp message after you submit a form. It is deleted when you close the tab and is not used to track you. Our hosting provider may log technical data, such as your IP address, for security reasons.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will always be published on this page.
