I'm Anna
Founder and teacher of Nala Yoga, in Empuriabrava.

I came to yoga through pain. Back pain had been with me since childhood, and for years I thought it was simply something I had to live with. It was the practice that gave me my body back: I learned to move differently, to build strength and to listen to myself.
Over time I realised it hadn't only given me my body back. Today I walk that same path with other people, from wherever they are and at their own pace.

From the body to the essence
Through practice with the body, we also find strength in the mind. Every posture held, every conscious breath, trains attention, patience and confidence.
But the foundation of yoga goes beyond a strong body or a calm mind: it is reaching that sense of unity between body and mind, where the separation falls away and our purest essence appears.
Listening to the body
Before correcting, paying attention to what the body says.
Without judgement
No comparison, no self-pressure: every body has its own day.
Strength for living
Strength isn't performance: it's energy for everyday life.
What we believe
- 01
The body is the doorway, not the destination.
- 02
Moving consciously is a way of listening to yourself.
- 03
Strength isn't pressure: it's energy for living.
- 04
There are no bodies unfit for yoga; only practices that haven't been adapted yet.
- 05
No rush, no comparison, no judgement.
- 06
Caring for the body is caring for the mind. Caring for yourself is also caring for others.
- 07
Health is physical, mental and shared: it begins in each person and extends to their surroundings.
A community where conscious movement is part of everyday life, and where health is understood as a whole: physical, mental and global — that of each person, of those around them and of the place they live in.
To help each person regain a strong, mobile, pain-free body through a conscious, adapted practice without pressure — in small groups, in private sessions and wherever it's needed.
