Movement as
a way back to yourself
The body is where we begin, not where we stay. Through conscious movement we look for balance between body and mind — the point where you stop forcing and something deeper appears.
Your body is asking for attention
A loaded back
You wake up with tension in your lower back or neck and carry it all day.
A stiff body
You've lost mobility and moving freely is getting harder.
A mind that won't stop
You live in a rush, with a full head, never finding the moment to inhabit yourself.
"I'm not flexible"
You think yoga isn't for you. It's the other way round: it's for starting from where you are.
Back pain was with me since I was a child. Yoga is what gave me my body back — and, with it, something more.
It's not just the body
We work with the body because it is the doorway. What we're looking for lies beyond: the alchemy of movement, breath and presence that balances body and mind and makes room for everything else.
Conscious movement
Every gesture with intention, not on autopilot.
Strength
A capable body that supports your practice and your life.
Mobility
Free joints, range of motion regained.
Breath
The bridge that calms the nervous system.
Presence
Listening to the body instead of forcing it.
Four ways to practise
Groups of up to 8 fixed spots: same group, same time, your mat always reserved. There's always some room for visitors and trial classes. That way the practice has continuity and I can look after each person's pace.
All classes are open to all levels. I'll guide you and help you choose the one that works best for you, based on your experience and how long you've been practising.
Hatha Focus I
Foundations. To build a solid practice from scratch, calmly and with good technique.
Hatha Focus II
The Sequence. Fuller sequences to go deeper into movement and strength.
Asana Lab · Dynamic
A posture lab with a more dynamic approach: the technique and alignment of each asana, worked in movement.
Slow Yoga
A slow, deep practice to release tension, create space and calm the mind.
Yoga has no age
Our groups bring together people of very different ages, with and without experience. Each practises at their own pace, with the adaptations they need, and they all share the same thing: the wish to look after themselves.

The week at Nala
Spots are fixed and monthly: you reserve your place at a specific time. Want to try first? You can book a trial class.
